How does your engine run? Sometimes our bodies are like car engines. Sometimes they run too fast (overexcited, hyperactive), sometimes they run too slow (flat, sleepy, bored) and sometimes they run “just right” allowing us to attend, learn & concentrate. Kids & parents learn tools to help manage their own engine speeds making it easier to work and play successfully.
